A Go Green with Mandy lifestyle is based on natural nutrition and is a complete package of all the nutrients your body needs.
It's a healthy lifestyle for all ages, sizes, shapes and genders.

I'm not vegan. In fact, I really love meat. Is this for me?

Yes, of course! You don't have to go vegan. We are all just people who need food to live. We don’t need to put a label on that.

Go Green with Mandy isn't about taking away. It's about enhancing.
For you to see maximum improvements in your health, I’m going to encourage you to eat as many whole foods as possible. You will learn about the benefits of plant based meals and that you don't need meat for a healthy lifestyle.
I will respect your choice to eat animal products and you can add meat to the recipes I'll give you, but I'm sure you'll love them as they are.

Will I lose weight?

While this is not a weight loss program, and we won't have any scheduled weighing or measuring moments, your body will change.
By adapting a Go Green with Mandy lifestyle your body will transition to the natural weight that belongs to your body.
Depending on how major the shifts are from your previous lifestyle, a change in weight will happen.
This change can equally happen for people that need to gain some weight to maintain a healthy body weight.

I've tried to get healthy habits before and nothing has worked. Why would this be any different?

I have created Go Green with Mandy to offer a science-based and fun way to help you make the needed changes in your approach to health. Instead of just treating symptoms, we will tackle your habits at their core issues. I plan to make it easier than before to make healthy habits part of your routine, so your routine promotes health.

Shouldn't I be looking for a program that's specific to my health goals?

Go Green with Mandy will teach you how to set a foundation for optimal health. The more you understand how everything in your body connects, the better you'll understand how to reach your personal goals - My guidance will be tailored to your personal goals.

Is a meal plan included?

As the saying goes, “Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish, and you feed him for a lifetime.”

The main focus during your consultations is on improving your dietary habits and lifestyle, so it supports your health goals indefinitely, and you learn how to put together a healthy diet yourself.
While you don’t get specific meal plans, you’ll receive examples of menus and recipes for breakfast, lunches and dinners to offer inspiration on how delicious, healthy and easy good food can be.
